What counts as a quiz night
One quiz played for real
One quiz played by real teams, in the pub or online. Writing, changing and previewing quizzes never counts.
Practice quizzes are free
Practise the whole quiz with up to three teams, on any plan, and it never counts as a quiz night.
Questions about paying
What is a quiz night?
One real quiz started for teams, in the pub or online. Starting it uses one quiz night, from your plan’s nights for the month first and then from your oldest pack.
A plan’s nights start again each month, and nights left unused don’t roll over. Writing, downloading and previewing a quiz cost nothing.
Do practice quizzes cost anything?
No. A practice quiz is the whole quiz for up to three teams, on any plan and whatever state your plan is in, and it never uses a quiz night.
How do packs work?
Packs of 1, 3, 5 or 10 nights are bought in your Qwizworks account on any plan, Warm-up included. They never expire, and are only used once your month’s nights run out.
Can we change plan?
Yes, any time, from your account. The new plan starts straight away, and the rest of the old month isn’t refunded. Moving down keeps all your quizzes, but results older than the new plan keeps are deleted, and you’re told before you confirm.
What happens if we cancel?
A monthly plan renews each month until you cancel it. When it ends, your account goes back to Warm-up: writing quizzes and practice quizzes stay free, and the pack nights you hold stay yours.
Refunds are set out in the refunds and cancellation policy.
Is VAT added to the prices?
No. Prices are in pounds, and Qwizworks is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to them.
Who can buy a plan?
An owner of your account, or someone an owner has allowed to buy. Plans and packs are bought for everyone on your account, never for one person.
How is Grand Final priced?
Its quiz nights, space, AI help and people are agreed with you, and it is invoiced to you directly rather than bought online.
